Location: Duties will involve a mix of customer visits throughout all counties in Ireland and office based work in Monaghan.
About Us
George Quinn Stair Parts Plus are a market leader in the manufacturing and supply of stair parts to the hardware and joinery industries in Ireland.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to service our existing network of customers in Ireland.
As our sales executive you will play a key role in driving the business forward, developing sales strategies to include identifying new products within the industry. This will involve a mix of customer visits throughout all counties in Ireland and office based work in Monaghan.
You must be naturally confident, persuasive and able to adapt to changing markets. Be a good organiser of your workload in an efficient manner and have the ability to communicate with your customer and colleagues is essential.
Responsibilities
- Service the current customer base with regular visits / calls
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Present and promote our products to existing and potential customers
- Set and achieve sales targets within schedule
- Be a team player
- Track customer and product sales
- Identify new areas and products for the business
- Ability to make product and material recommendations to customers
- Set up and maintain customer displays and stock stands
Requirements:
- Experience selling B2B
- Good communicator
- Results driven
- Ability to organise and work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of MS office
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Full Irish / EU Driver’s license
- Background in joinery or related industry an advantage
