Salary: OTE £32,000 (pro-rata per annum uncapped earning potential)

Your New Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll bring your passion for customers and sales to every interaction, helping people find the perfect products to transform their homes. You’ll:

• Provide every customer with a first-class in-store experience.
• Take time to really get to know your customers and understand their needs.
• Be involved in creative store layout changes – your ideas could make a big impact!

To succeed in this role...
We’re looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a sales-driven environment.
• Is self-motivated and ideally has a proven track record in sales.
• Has passion, enthusiasm, and knows how to have fun while delivering exceptional customer service!
• While experience in furniture retail is a plus, it’s not a dealbreaker – if you're passionate about sales and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
