KNOW THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly organised, pro-active and driven senior sales advisor to join the team in our upcoming location in Cork. If you have a passion for fashion and thrive on taking the lead on retail operations, inspiring a high performing team to beat their targets and provide a world-class service, then we'd love to have you join us!
PLEASE NOTE: Must have minimum 16 hrs -22.5 hrs and preferable week day / weekend availability
What to expect:
- Influence sales and excelling in customer service and sharing their knowledge of each product by answering customer queries
- Become a product knowledge expert having up to date knowledge of our pieces and a good awareness of competitor brands
- Achieve team and personal sales targets by using sales skills including up -selling, ATV, UPT.
- Have an interest / experience in social media including Instagram and tiktok as there is potential to include these activities in daily tasks for the right candidate
- Effective communicator and team player
- Required to coach, support and train new members of the team
- Merchandising the counter to maintain high shop floor standards and take pride in the Lynott Jewellery counter
- Enjoy a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible to changing business needs specifically around busy periods including Christmas
- Previous experience and passion for jewellery, accessories or retail required
- Previous experience in online e-commerce fulfilment desired but not essential

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time available
Expected hours: 25 hrs – 36 hrs per week
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
