KNOW THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic Brown Thomas team in Ireland.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You perform with energy and passion and are proactive and flexible
- You are able to improve KPIs and effectively close sales.
- You Understand luxury, the collections and fashion trends.
- Able to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
- You Embrace the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients, understand their needs and advise on styling
- You are able to utilize multiple technologies and sales channels
- You have a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, seek support from and provides support to colleagues.
- You apply company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- You support with stockroom duties
