Sales Co-ordinator

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have some previous experience in an admin or sales role, whether you have previously worked in Hotels or destination venues, work in Sales administration role, this may be the role for you. 

You will:

• Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales and senior management
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
• Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have a high level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word & have great attention to detail
• Have a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
• Have excellent organisational and administration skills
