Furla is an Italian luxury brand that has been in the leather goods industry since 1927.

Furla operates an omnichannel structure, integrating different physical and digital touchpoints.The brand's collections are present in 850 points of sale around the world, including multi-brand boutiques and department stores. In addition, Furla operates a retail network covering 50 countries with a total of 457 points of sale, including 281 direct stores, 141 franchised shops, and 35 units in airports and railway stations.

We have an opportunity for you to join the FURLA team in our Kildare Village Store as a Full-Time Sales Associate. 

The role is for a 40hr fully flexible role with a start date of 2/9/2024.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers who enter the store.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Dealing with customer exchanges.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to Management.
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.

Qualifications

• Be able to work 40hrs per week , Fully Flexible.
• Previous experience in a Luxury Brand would be an advantage.
