Responsibilities

- To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store- Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures- Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store- Perform other duties are required from the management team

Qualifications

- Team Player- Demonstrate customer service skills- A passion for retail and sales- Desire to learn- Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes- Effective communication skills- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
