Safety & Security Administrator

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Safety & Security Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person looking to progress their career and continue to help Ryanair maintain their industry leading standards in safety and security.

The successful candidate will be based in Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Development and maintenance of Ryanair Safety TV.
  • Administration of Safety & Security Office communications and publications.
  • Administration of internal and external safety & security reports/queries.
  • Administration of Ryanair’s Corporate Review Processes [including Local Air Safety Groups (LASG), Flight Safety Forum (FSF), Safety Action Group (SAG), Safety Review Board (SRB) and Group Safety Committee.
  • Maintenance of the Ryanair Safety Management System Manual and Security Programme.
  • Conduct of Safety Audits and Surveys.

Requirements

  • Line experience (Flight Ops, In-flight, Engineering, Ground Ops) desirable.
  • Excellent PC skills essential.
  • Experience in creation of digital content for web, email and social media desirable.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing, innovative individual with the ability to assess data and create reports.
  • Highly motivated individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment.
