Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain the high merchandising standards of the store. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide a high level of customer service

· Maintain the store’s merchandising and product displays

· Process transactions and handle cash

· Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management

· Provide expert advice on our range of products

· Ensure the store is well maintained and products are displayed effectively

Experience:

· Previous retail experience, ideally in a FMCG/Big Box retail setting

· Passion for customer service

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
