  • What You’ll Do:

    In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies in our global operating model with feasible solutions in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure the global operating model supports our in-store colleagues whilst delivering a customer experience that is fitting of a super brand.
  • Maintain current store policies and procedures and ensure changes are communicated in an effective way.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Create easy to read communications that are relevant, informative, language appropriate, timely and consistent.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 products
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders of all levels throughout Primark and represent the departments strategy.
  • Practical thinker that can make sense of multiple sources of information, create solutions, and communicate these in a practical way.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate tasks while navigating deadlines across various teams at once.
