Retail Keyholder

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in the store’s daily operations, ensuring the store is opened and closed efficiently while supporting the team in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed

· Oversee the store during opening and closing times, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts

· Support and supervise the team in providing excellent customer service

· Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and merchandising

· Handle cash management, including till operations, banking and cashing up

· Ensure health, safety and security policies are adhered to at all times

· Assist in training and development of new team members

· Support the Management team with daily operational tasks as need

Experience:

· Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or Keyholder roleideally in a FMCG/Big Box retail setting

· Strong reliability, trustworthiness and ability to work independently

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and store presentation

· Comfortable handling cash and ensuring security procedures are followed

· Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
