Job Summary:

The Rent Administrator deals with all aspects of administration within the Rent department and provides support to other internal departments and regional offices. The post requires excellent planning and organisational skills, administration skills, a dedication to detail and a willingness to adapt to ever changing conditions and pressures

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative duties within the organisation as required, including typing, copying, filing, photocopying, printing taking meeting minutes, processing invoices, etc.
  • Monitor and respond to webchats, answer telephone calls, deal with enquiries and share in the cover of reception duties in the absence of reception staff.
  • Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases and charts.
  • Providing general administration support to the Rent Team as required including postage and file management
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post, including mail merges.
  • To positively promote the Association in all activities
  • Always adhere to all Tuath’s policies and procedures.
  • To be aware and act in accordance with Tuath’s Health and Safety Policy.
  • To undertake any other duties as required
  • To conduct all activities in a manner which is safe to yourself and others.

  • Assisting with general administrative duties within the organisation as required
  • Contributing to the effective delivery of a Quality Service through the formulation, review and proper implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least one years’ experience in a busy office administration role.
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to produce Pivot Tables, spreadsheets, presentations, and memos.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Commitment to working in a customer-focused and solution-oriented manner.
  • To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.
