Remerchandising Coordinator

As our Remerchandising Coordinator, you will support the local team on general and all remerchandising related administrative duties. You will also manage the system on behalf of the team.
This role is being offered on a 1 Year Maternity Cover basis.
About the role
- Support with documentation, meeting coordination, and internal processes to facilitate the remerchandising of Kildare Village
- Updating & maintenance of internal systems
- Provide executive assistance to the Remerchandising Director
- Organise external brand meetings, including scheduling, meeting rooms, refreshments, travel to village, minute taking
- Track the agreed Team Cost Variance Budget
- Prepare or collate key documents to be shared regarding prospective leases
- Work closely with public entities regarding any remerchandising activity at the VIllage
- Maintain the Licence Management information contained in Salesforce
- Create and track Purchase Orders in Oracle for Remerchandising projects and brand contributions
Role requirements
- Degree education or relevant qualification is preferrable
- Experience in commercial real estate industry would be beneficial
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe Illustrator would be beneficial
- Able to work well with all levels across the business and customers with a creative and open minded capability to adapt to a fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and anticipate challenges
