What We Value:

Nursing Essential Criteria:

• Qualified General/Intellectual Disability/Mental Health Nurse.
• Are registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI] (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).
• Please note that appointment to and continuation in posts that require statutory registration is dependent upon the post holder maintaining annual registration in the relevant division of the register maintained by: (Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland NMBI) Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann.

Social Care Worker Essential Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration on the Social Care Workers registration board with CORU from November 2023. Must obtain such registration by November 2025 and must maintain such registration for the duration of employment in this role.

Support Worker Essential Criteria:

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support. Equivalent qualifications to Healthcare support will be considered, with a minimum of 1 years relevant experience working with Adults with an Intellectual Disability.
• Applications will also be considered from candidates who have successfully completed at least 1 years of their Nursing or Social Care studies.

What's desirable?

• Full driver’s license and access to a car insured for business purposes.
• Experience supporting people in the community is highly desirable.
• Willingness to drive Association vehicles.
• Good IT skills to support daily tasks.
