£11.71 per hour (1st April)
Casual Hours, Monday - Sunday
Job Purpose:
The Recycling Operative will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality service to our customers ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment is always in place. The Recycling Operative will be required to work on Bryson’s Household Recycling Centres and kerbside collection rounds across all operational sites. The Recycling Operative will be based at Mochdre initially but may be transferred to any other Bryson Recycling site within Conwy and Denbighshire where required.

- Full valid UK driving licence
- Basic literacy & numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate well with the general public
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Forklift truck / Light plant qualifications
- Previous experience in waste management operations
