Enhanced/Senior/Staff Nurse’s

Residential (0.5 /1 WTE-37.5 hours) & Day Service (35 hours) - SOUTH DUBLIN

St. Michael's House Service is a community-based organisation committed to providing a quality person centred service and high standard of care to people with an intellectual disability in the greater Dublin area. St.Michael’s House is committed to providing individualised supports to people so that they can enjoy experiences, opportunities and lifestyles similar to their peers.

Vacancies exists for a number part-time and full time Staff Nurse positions in St Michaels House Residential and Day Services South Dublin

The successful candidates will:

  • Have a RNID qualification and be presently registered and approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Other nursing disciplines may apply but must demonstrate 1.5/2 years’ experience in working with people with an intellectual disability
  • Have experience in the area of intellectual disability, case management of complex health needs and positive behaviour support
  • Be knowledgeable on HIQA Regulations/New Directions
  • As a nurse within St Michaels House, be committed to the provision of a quality individualised service and to the principles of working in partnership with service users
  • Be committed to working as part of a team
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
  • NMBI Registration

Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE revised consolidated HSE Staff Nurse Scale.
