The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily projects in Loughlinstown, South Dublin

Monday- Friday from 08:30-17:30

Responsibilities and duties:

  • To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
  • To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department.
  • Answer the company telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
  • To take and deliver messages as necessary.
  • To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
  • To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
  • General Administration duties.
  • Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
  • Manage the selection of candidates and undertake interviews for required sites.
  • Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.

Requirements:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.

This list is not exhaustive but gives a clear indication of the scope and nature of the work. Other areas of responsibility may be added as the post evolves and develops. You will have an opportunity to drive this.
