About the Role
The role requires a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. Additionally duties will also be assigned as required (i.e. organisation of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
The role and day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Meet and greet clients and promote a positive image of the firm
Deal with a high volume of telephone calls
Managing and ordering courier and taxi requests for staff and clients
Manage all meeting room bookings
Ensure that the Reception area is kept clean and organised
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organisation of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
The individual's skills and experience will include:
Preferably previous Receptionist experience in a Corporate environment
Good team player who is able to take direction
Good attention to detail - energetic and focused
Ability to multitask and have excellent organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Working knowledge of MS Office 2010
