Trainee Foot Health Practitioner

Step Right, a specialised footwear store focused on delivering exceptional customer service and expert care, is seeking a motivated Trainee Foot Health Practitioner to join our team!

About the Role:

The successful candidate will begin their journey in our Footwear Department. This isn't just shoe sales – it’s about helping customers select the right footwear tailored to their unique needs and activities. You'll offer personalised service, using your expertise to ensure every customer finds shoes that fit and support their lifestyle.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service
• Guiding customers to find footwear that supports their feet and their well-being
• Receiving and organising stock
• Assisting with online orders and maintaining our e-commerce operations

Career Progression:

After demonstrating commitment and skill in the footwear department, you'll begin training as a Foot Health Practitioner, with the aim of working in our clinics. This training will build on your knowledge of foot health, equipping you with essential skills to support clients in achieving better foot health and comfort.

Pay and Benefits: Starting hourly rate of €14 per hour (negotiable based on experience), with potential for growth based on experience and successful training completion
