Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this post of Radiography Assistant is to support the provision of patient imaging under the supervision and direction of qualified radiography personnel.

Essential Criteria:

· Possess a Certificate in Healthcare Support at QQI (FETAC) Level 5.

Or

Be currently employed as a Health Care Assistant without a Healthcare Support at QQI L5 and be willing to undertake the Healthcare QQI L5 within 12 months
