Quality Assurance Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator role. You will perform the quality assurance functions under the direction of the Head of Quality. You will oversee procedure documents, audits and MCL InsureTech Ltd IT project task list. You will create procedures to ensure they are Compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Central Bank of Ireland and Data Protection Act regulations. You will be involved in the testing of MCL IT Software and liaise with the MCL IT provider regarding any issues that occur. You will draft monthly reports for Senior Management that outline audit findings. You will oversee the MCL InsureTech Ltd project list and ensure the task list is accurate.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 passes at GCSE at Grade ‘C’ or above, or equivalent / higher qualifications (including English Language and Math’s related subject).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of Complaints handling, Central Bank of Ireland, FCA and TCF rules & regulations.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent and proven working knowledge of using Microsoft programs specifically Excel, Word and Power-point.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of managing databases.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have a desire to pursue further learning and development in the field of compliance and software testing.

- CIP or Insurance exam
