Horizons is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Grade Psychologist’s in paediatric services. The successful applicants will work within an interdisciplinary team as members of a Children’s Disability Network Team as specified above.

Requirements of the post:

• An honours degree in psychology together with an appropriate post-graduate professional qualification in psychology.
• Qualifications that comply with the Department of Health & Children and PSI requirements for appointment as a Staff Psychologist.
• Candidates who have trained outside of the Republic of Ireland must have their qualifications validated to work in Ireland by the Department of Health and Children at time of application.
• Full driver’s licence and access to their own vehicle.
• Experience working as a psychologist with children with disabilities and or autism is desirable.

A panel may be formed for a 12-month period to fill future permanent or temporary, full time or part-time Staff Grade Psychologist positions that may arise across Children’s Disability Network Teams managed by Horizons as Lead Agency.
