What is the role:
This position will sit in the Proposition Design & Delivery Team. The role will support the development of industry leading, innovative propositions across AIB Group (AIB, EBS & Haven) - using rich customer insights and analysis. This will ultimately deliver for our customer’s ever-changing needs in a challenging housing and economic environment, whilst driving revenue, market share and NPS improvement.
Key accountabilities:
Drive our business
Proposition Design: Based on the Proposition Design Framework, support the development of specific segment propositions and enhancements with bold ambition, including:
- Perform continuous competitor Proposition and Pricing monitoring and analysis – both nationally & internationally, across a wide range of industries.
- Proactively research and analyse emerging customer needs, behaviours & trends and work with team to find solutions to address these.
- Identification and gathering of appropriate Proposition requirements with stakeholders (IT etc).
- Support delivery of go-to-market execution, including customer communication strategy.
- Support team with all aspects of Governance and Proposition Reviews
- Identify opportunities, gaps and areas of improvement of existing products and propositions.
- Develop and map customer journeys where necessary to improve our service to our customers.
- Support the implementation of new Commercial and Regulatory initiatives
Drive innovation and change for our customers
- Customer Obsessed: Work with colleagues to translate our customer insights into tangible initiatives across all three Brands. This will include product and proposition enhancements.
Support Team & stakeholders
- Colleagues: Demonstrate a collaborative approach to working with our stakeholders, including Strategy, Delivery and Enablement, Finance & Product Teams. Support their understanding of insights and best practices as appropriate.
What you will bring:
- A relevant business/marketing degree and or professional qualification with experience working in Products, Propositions or Marketing roles within a regulated industry.
- Proven capability of effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem solving and decision making.
- Experience in translating business requirements into solutions and delivering change for the business.
