Property Solicitor

Malcomson Law is seeking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join their Carlow office. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Working on a combination of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Experience in set up of residential/commercial developments (including apartments) an advantage.
• Acting for private client/commercial vendors or purchasers of new and second-hand properties.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor, capable of delivering timely and high-quality legal advice while managing expectations.
• Reviewing and drafting commercial leases/licences.
• Drafting title and security reports (familiarity with loan and security documentation essential).
• Carrying out remediation/reconstitution of title work.
• Contributing to departmental monthly targets.
• Managing a quality but fast-moving workload.

Skills and experience:

• Broad range of Property experience essential.
• Proven ability to independently advance property transactions, while working collaboratively within team environment.
• Requirement for strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solution focused approach.
• Confident manager of stakeholders.
• Proven experience in engaging with key business influencers both internally and externally.
