The Role
Almac Pharma Services is an established and highly successful outsourcing partner working with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies around the world. Our highly skilled team specialise in the manufacture and packaging of commercial drug products and medicines, and offer end-to-end management of product supply as well as a range of additional bespoke client services. The expert services we provide supports the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.
As part of the Project Services and Logistics Team, the NPI Project Group coordinates all aspects of customer projects through new product introduction, before transferring to the Client Management team for routine supply.
The Project Services Manager is a key member of the Project Services and Logistics senior management team, and will lead, manage and oversee the NPI Project Management teams. They will assume ownership of the NPI process and lead initiatives across multiple sites. They will manage strategic client relationships and lead global NPI projects working closely with a multidisciplinary team from other departments across the wider Almac Pharma Services business.
What we are looking for
- An experienced professional to lead and oversee the NPI Project Management function – this role will oversee recruitment, training and development, and performance management of staff.
- A proven track record of managing and leading successful teams
- Demonstrable significant experience across the following areas: Project Management; Client Management; Finance & Budget Management; Process Development and implementation
- A positive role model, capable of fostering a climate of teamwork and development
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level (preferably in a Life Sciences or related discipline
