Project Manager, Retail Fit-out

We currently have vacancies for an experienced Project Manager to join our Store Development team based in our Head Office in Dublin City Centre. We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and lead exciting retail fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of retail fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate and execute the planned scope of work of appointed subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Experience/Skills required:
- A minimum of 3 years in project management within the construction or retail fit-out sector.
- Familiarity with retail environments and fit-out processes is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is preferred.
