Project Manager

Project Manager- Based in Letterkenny, Donegal

Glebe Builders is one of the leading construction companies in the North West with a number of projects in operation nationwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 2-year project commencing in Letterkenny on 29/10/2024

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion.
• Ensure the smooth running of multiple projects while liaising with design, commercial, and operational teams.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and control of the project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Maintain a high level of communication with site teams, keeping all parties informed of project milestones.
• Drive performance, ensuring quality control and standards are adhered to.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and financial status.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Additional Professional Qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
• At least 10 years' experience in the management of large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
• Proven ability to understand and contribute to the development of project implementation and associated commercial strategies for large-scale projects.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
