Role Overview
Due to the continued success and growth of our Asset Management Division we currently have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organising and controlling project activities under the direction of the Project Manager.

What you'll do
The following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

• Producing Site Health & Safety Files for projects within current frameworks.
• Pursue supply chain partners for Risk Assessments & Method Statements for review by the Project Manager. Ensuring the HSEQ files are placed on site before works commence then collating/filing information from them once projects are complete on Docuware/Pulse.
• Attending weekly meetings with Project Manager to update notes for Framework Contracts.
• Creating and maintaining a drawing register system for each project, ensuring all supply chain partners and relevant stakeholders have update to date information at all times. Ensure a printed copy of all up to date drawings are kept in the office for reference.

What you'll bring

Essential:

• Must have strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft packages.
• Excellent communication skills are paramount in this role. The candidate must be comfortable being the first line of contact for H&J Martin and able to communicate easily & effectively on all levels with team members, clients and suppliers alike via any means of communication necessary.
• Must work on one’s own initiative and be able to problem solve with little or no supervision if necessary.
