Smyths Toys are seeking a talented Print Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print design, with expertise in creating visually compelling layouts for Point of Sale (POS), posters, packaging, and other marketing collateral. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and branding, as well as proficiency in industry-standard design software.

• Design and produce high-quality print materials, including but not limited to point of sale, posters, flyers, catalogues, packaging, and store signage.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop cohesive visual concepts.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure all designs meet production specifications.
• Work with suppliers and printers to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials.
• Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy in layout, text, and colors.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Print Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and pre-press production.
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Ability to translate Smyths Toys brand identity into compelling print materials.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot printing issues.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant print design work.
