Practice Development Administrator, Grade V

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that NPDU is supported in all administrative duties and projects assigned to that office, including nursing PPPG formatting, PPPG document control, NPDU Intranet management, iPIMS training and education, MS training and education, mandatory training compliance management, and committee administration

Essential Criteria:

· Third level qualification in healthcare informatics, IT Management, or a related field

And

· Have satisfactory experience in an office under the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004 at a level not lower than that of Grade IV (or equivalent)

Or

· Have not less than three years’ satisfactory experience either in that office or in an office at a level not lower than that of Clerical Officer in the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004

And

· Advanced Certification in MS applications
