IITC has one of the largest and most extensive bathroom showrooms in Ireland and, after our recent renovation, we are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee all aspects of showroom operationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to drive sales growth and maintain high standards within the showroom.

Requirements :
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or showroom environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms distinctly advantageous
