What You’ll Do as a People & Culture Colleague Experience Advisor

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored People & Culture (P&C) solutions while offering strategic guidance on best practices.
  • Employee Relations Management: Oversee employee relations cases, ensuring fair handling of issues like underperformance and grievances, while coaching stakeholders on effective team management and P&C practices.
  • Talent Acquisition Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively source and select candidates, conducting interviews as needed to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Lifecycle Management: Deliver the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, identifying opportunities to enhance the colleague experience and streamline processes in alignment with company culture.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize P&C metrics to derive actionable insights for leadership, addressing recurring themes through targeted training and supporting the implementation of P&C projects to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Talent Management; Collaborate with leadership on talent management, succession planning, and talent development, while coaching line managers on using effective succession planning tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience & Education: Minimum of 3 years in HR, either with a degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating good administrative skills.
  • Adaptability & Independence: Comfortable working in a diverse environment, able to work to your own initiative while recognizing when to seek support.
  • Performance Standards & Resilience: Sets quality work standards, takes accountability for tasks, and shows commitment in overcoming challenges while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building & Communication: Proven ability to develop effective relationships across all organizational levels, with proven emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills & Integrity: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling sensitive information with sound judgment and integrity, while effectively prioritizing and delivering on multiple projects.
