PCP ENABLER

Limerick/North Tipperary & Offaly Services, LIMERICK

1 YEAR FIXED TERM PART-TIME CONTRACT (30 Hours Per Week).

Salary:€38,451 -€54,445

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:

• HSE recognised health care qualification in social care, nursing or other relevant discipline
• Have experience of Person-Centred planning
• Be committed to pro-actively supporting individuals in their daily lives and choices
• Full clean driving licence essential

Desirable:

• Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability
• Knowledge of person-centred planning and New Directions Standards for Day Services
• Ability to network with local services and community organisations.
