We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic and dedicated team on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of payroll for Ireland and UK for our employees, interns, and expatriates. You will be responsible for providing expert support, training, and guidance on payroll systems and processes. If you have a passion for payroll, are detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you.

What you will do:

· As Payroll Specialist you are responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for a number of weekly and monthly payrolls.

· Ensure the consistent and compliant execution of payroll runs, considering legal, labor, tax, and social security regulations.

· Provide second-level support for employee inquiries related to payroll through myHR Service requests.

· Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

· Train other employees on payroll systems and processes as needed.

· Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing and harmonizing payroll practices, policies, and processes.

· Support internal and external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

What you will need:

· Payroll Technician qualification (IPASS /CIPP) or equivalent experience.

· 1 to 2 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience in payroll.

· First knowledge of payroll, labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.

· Exceptional organizational skills with the experience to work in a fast pace and complex environment.

· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration with colleagues, teams, and other functional areas.

· Highly motivated with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality work.

· A high level of responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

· Unwavering integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.

· Dependable, honest, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

· If you have worked in a multicorporate enterprise, that would be a plus.
