Oversight Officer

We are currently looking for an Oversight Officer/ Administrator to join our Outsourcing & QA team on a 12 month fixed term basis, based in our Nottingham office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to apply their expertise, the right candidate will have some experience within the Insurance sector such as in claims, complaints, or within any control team, possess strong organisational skills and be an effective communicator and consider yourself a people person.

This role has the potential to offer the right candidate the opportunity to learn and gain expertise in quality and risk frameworks within financial service, the chance to influence company-wide best practices as well as be part of a growing team focused on excellence and innovation.

The Role:

Working closely with the Outsourcing and Quality Assurance Manager, this busy and central role within the business will be to support the quality and operational risk management team helping to maintain and shape the best way of working for the entire business.

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and monitoring business functions on quality control, outsourcing controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with the likes of operational resilience, compliance and risk to facilitate effective oversight.
  • Support improvements to processes and remediation of issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive continuous enhancements.
