What to expect from the role

• This role requires heavy-lifting and carrying our stock (10-30kg in weight) from the basement.
• Quality checks: counting and organising the jewellery orders and ensuring everything is accounted for.
• Organisation: printing and organising shipping labels ready for processing.
• Attention to detail: mapping the order and ensuring all items are available. Working in a team to ensure orders are correctly picked and packed.
• Liaising with external supplier (DPD) to ensure orders are bagged correctly and are ready for shipping.

• Customer service satisfaction

What we are looking for

• Work experience in a similar role or a fast-paced retail environment would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with using tools and systems required for this position.
• Physically agile to support with stock management.
• Self-starter that can also work as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including late evenings , weekends, and holidays when required during busy periods.
