The Role

The Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting our Operations teams to achieve their operational goals. This position offers a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same. You'll work in a collaborative environment where every team member's contribution is valued. On-the-job training will be provided to help you excel in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting site management across multiple sites plus all other departments with email enquiries directed through a case management system. This includes inventory, destruction and termination queries, project organising, audit support, site visit booking and assisting with investigating compliance issues.
  • Actioning customer requests within our respective SLA’s for both internal and external customers, whilst delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Case management through the Operations queue on Salesforce.
  • Data checking and verifying to ensure the information on our system matches that supplied by the client.
  • Purchase Order management including creation and tracking through the process.
  • Weekly destruction reporting and other miscellaneous reporting as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure our clients and Team Members’ sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law.
  • Ensure weekly destruction report and other miscellaneous reports, are constantly monitored and appropriate actions are taken to ensure our business revenue and margins are protected at all times.
  • Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them.
  • Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules.
  • Tasks linked with the daily running of Operations i.e. Monitor Record Centre MS Teams chats, Route Summary Checks, Waste Transfer Notes and issue Certificate of Destruction, No Find reporting and investigating.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in an operational and or administrative role essential.
  • Strong IT skills and confident in the use of all Office 365 applications.
  • Good communication and relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail essential.
  • Flexibility to work between teams.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Able to work as part of the team, as well as being self-motivated.
  • Must be flexible and friendly under pressure.
