The core business is the sales and distribution of Equine remedies and supplements and in addition, a very strong retail operation and distribution business in the full suite of equestrian related product has developed since inception.

The pace of operation is rapid and team members need to have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Purpose of role

TRI has operated a successful web sales team for a number of years. The web sales team is responsible for the upkeep and running of the website. This includes the handling of online orders and maintaining a high standard of customer service. With the steady growth in online sales and the potential for this to continue, there is now an opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join the team and support its growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will want to progress and grow within the company and have a very high focus on the following:

Core Objectives of role

The following are the highline objectives of this new role both directly and indirectly:

  • Work to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure best in class customer service
  • Co-ordinate with operations team to meet the needs of customers
  • Rapid response to customer requests and queries
  • Identify and share sales opportunities with web sales and telesales teams
  • Provide holiday cover for colleagues when needed
  • Support the efforts of the web sales team to grow company revenue

Process

  • Job Specification generated and circulated
  • Application submission to HR / Agent
  • Short listing of candidates based on alignment with criteria in job spec
  • First round interview with website team, followed by second round interview with management.
  • Preferred candidate selected and letter of offer
  • Reference checks and aptitude checks on technical and personality attributes
  • Contract and employment commencement

Package

Salary will be commensurate with experience & knowledge.

20 days paid holiday per annum plus bank holidays.

Team activities throughout the year.
