  • Managing and dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
  • General Administration duties, day to day diaries, data entry and updating spreadsheets

Role Requirements

  • Ability to undertake work/tasks involving a high degree of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Competent in the use of databases and Microsoft Office, in particular MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Highly adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
