- Managing and dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
- General Administration duties, day to day diaries, data entry and updating spreadsheets
Role Requirements
- Ability to undertake work/tasks involving a high degree of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Competent in the use of databases and Microsoft Office, in particular MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Highly adaptable and flexible
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
