Office/accounts Manager

Smith Foy Partners LLP are seeking to recruit an Office/Accounts Manager.
Core skills:
- Honest trustworthy person of impeccable character and integrity;
- Good with computers/IT generally;
- Good mathematical aptitude;
- Disciplined filing and record organisation and maintenance;
- Experienced user of MS Excel. Familiarity with formulas, rounding errors, sorting, filtering;
- Experienced user of MS Outlook – calendaring etc.;
- High English language skills;
- Experience of accounts package(s) – preferably legal accounting package(s);
- Experience of online banking;
- Experience of Revenue Online Service.
Core activities:
- Bookkeeping/accounts and banking (including online);
- Record keeping (including maintenance/supervision of office registers);
- Dealing with suppliers and service providers;
- Office payroll;
- Keeping office records (including records and registers for regulatory compliance);
- Generating reports;
- Liaising with external auditors;
- Billing , invoices and VAT returns;
- Assisting with office administration tasks generally where required.
