The successful candidate will work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have responsibility for aspects of operations within the Enterprise tower. Experience in managing multiple vendors to give assurances that services are being delivered effectively to safeguard the business and improve the stability and delivery of this core service.

In this Role, you will
  • Provide 2nd level Support for a range of Enterprise Service Technologies.
  • Support, Manage and Drive the resolution and reduction of Enterprise Support Incidents,
  • Provide timely direct hands-on support to End Users, including C Level executive support.
  • Providing hands on technical support at senior level for multiple end user technologies
What will make you stand out?

You have At least 3+ years' experience in similar Office 365 Engineer role with demonstratable experience with Exchange Online, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Teams and Microsoft Azure.

Excellent Data analytical skills and able to solve problems whilst being a self-starter who can work on their own initiative and within a team will make you stand out!

You continually seek opportunities to innovate, improve delivery of service and optimize processes which will give you an advantage.

You will have Knowledge of Service Management and Monitoring tools such as ServiceNow and SCOM.

IT Process design and management skills with the ability to recognise and develop process improvements will help you to succeed in this role

  • Demonstratable experience in following technologies and environments:
  • Windows 7 and 10, Windows Desktop Imaging and Deployments (Microsoft SCCM), Microsoft Office 365, AD workstation policies
  • Mobile Device Management - iOS Cloud, Backup & Restore
  • Active Directory, Azure AD connect, MS InTune for Device Enrolment,
  • Endpoint Manager for Windows 7, 10 & 11 Operating Systems Support,
  • MS O365 Environments, Windows Software deployments and configuration
  • (MS InTune and SCCM Co-Management) , MS Defender
Essential Qualifications

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

The below are desirable but not essential.

  • Relevant 3rd level IT qualification
  • Relevant Windows MCSA Certifications
