Off-licence Assistant
Main purpose of the role:,
Ensure the Off-Licence Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide customers with excellent quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
€ Creative
€ Excellent communication skills
€ Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
€ Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
€ Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
€ Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Main duties:
€ Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
€ Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Off-Licence
€ Implement and follow planograms
€ Merchandise and present the Off-Licence department to the highest standard at all times
€ Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
€ Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
