Night Porter

The Night Porter position is a critical role in our organization and is responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift. The Night Porter will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that all staff members are performing their duties to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during the night shift
• Provide exceptional service to our clients
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and clients
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience working in the catering and hospitality industry is a plus
