MWCH Physiotherapist Senor Children's Disability Network Team, Supplementary Panel

· To work in conjunction with other Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) members and the Children’s Disability Network Manager (CDNM) in co-ordinating and developing the service to meet the needs of the population it serves in line with the objectives of the organisation and the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme (PDS).

· To be responsible for the provision of a high quality paediatric physiotherapy service in accordance with standards of professional practice.

· To carry out clinical and educational duties as required.

· To work with the CDNM in ensuring the co-ordination, development and delivery of a quality, family centred CDNT service.
