Medical Administrator
Alliance Medical are recruiting a Medical Administrator to join our team in our centre in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
This role offers a full-time, permanent Contract. The successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Sat). This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key. The successful candidates will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, answering queries, being the first point of contact for patients when they arrive in an Alliance Medical centre & providing excellent customer service at all times.
Duties to include:
- Administrative Support
- Compliance & confidentiality
- Customer Care - 1st point of contact to patients
