The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) is the Irish state agency established in 2003 to manage the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of The Digital Hub in Dublin 8, Ireland.
Located at the heart of the historic Liberties area of Dublin city centre, The Digital Hub campus provides high-quality workspace and support to small businesses in the technology and creative sectors, social enterprises, artists and craftspeople. At present, 55 businesses and organisations are based on The Digital Hub’s campus, collectively employing over 600 people. A total of 51,656 sq. ft of multi-use office, studio, collaborative and flexible workspace is currently occupied while a further 7,500 sq. ft is also used by businesses and academia for meetings, events, and classes and by Ireland’s major theatre companies for rehearsals and performances.

The Role
General tasks include:
- Assisting with the tracking of marketing spend and budget management, and the analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the procurement and ongoing management of contracts that support marketing including graphic design and maintenance of the corporate website, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
- Preparing marketing collateral for approval by the Marketing and Communications Manager or another authorised person as appropriate.
- Delivering projects defined by the Marketing and Communications and Enterprise Development Managers that relate to the role.
- Assisting with general administration tasks as may be required from time to time.
