We currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Executive based in Mallow, Co. Cork

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Executive, with experience in a similar role to join Ireland’s largest cattle breeding and herd management service provider.

We’re looking for an energetic experienced Marketer with a passion for agriculture who has a drive. to work in a fast paced environment and is keen to develop their career in a broad and varied marketing role. The successful candidate will work across multi-disciplinary teams with a large. network of internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager this is a full time role with the option of hybrid working after probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support

• Development of Munster Bovine’s service value messaging through planning, developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns but the successful candidate will be required. to assist with other Marketing activities as and when required.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns providing actionable insights.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams and outside agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. of marketing collateral.

Content Creation and Copywriting

• Assist with the development of engaging content for brochures, newsletters, social media. and website content for all of Munster Bovine’s services and its Mobile application FarmOps ensuring messages resonate with our different farmer customer groups.

Event Management

• Support the organisation and execution of trade shows, farm walks and stakeholder events
• Co-ordinate the logistics, materials, and any follow up activities.

Social Media

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the production of engaging content for the delivery of successful social campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with contractor teams, internal team industry partners and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor& degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-4 year’s experience in a similar role in agricultural sector in Ireland.
• Proven track record of integrated campaign delivery in a faced paced environment essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels both within Munster Bovine and across the industry.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in data analysis and reporting advantageous
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Excellent time-management skills.
