Manufacturing Operations Student Placement Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious student to join our Manufacturing Operations team for a 5-9 month placement. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the inner workings of a global healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation
  • Participate in project management and change management initiatives
  • Gain experience in supervising large teams and leading small projects
  • Develop skills in business management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
