Mailroom Administrator

CBRE GWS Ireland currently have an opportunity for a Mailroom Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a leading global Facilities Management company and to excel in a diverse and exciting workplace.

Main Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Receiving, sorting, distributing & dispatching of incoming and outgoing post and packages, using the client processing system software.
  • Always Communicating with the client professionally, understanding and anticipating their needs with a quick turnaround in response.
  • Completing all required paperwork and any reports required in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the client to introduce service enhancements & developments.
  • Maintain safe working practises in line with QHSE regulations.
  • Undertaking reasonable ad-hoc duties as requested by Line Manager.
  • Stock management of stationary, packaging & other supplies.
  • Working with the team, contributing ideas, and developing relationships to maintain a positive team spirit.

The Successful Candidate Will Need:

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with IT systems and ability to learn new systems.
  • To have a customer focused approach and a positive attitude.
  • To be able to work on their own initiative, be efficient, flexible, reliable, and keen to develop skills and experience.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Be willing to undertake any additional training required to fulfil the role to the best of their ability.
