Locum Solicitor & Conveyancing

C. S. Kelly & Company Solicitors are currently seeking to recruit a Locum Solicitor in addition to a full time permanent Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their busy and professional team. The successful candidates for these positions should have at least 4 years post qualification experience in the relevant fields.

This position of Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor will afford the successful candidate an opportunity to develop their career and work under the supervision of experienced practitioners. The position of Locum Solicitor is a short-medium term assignment. The ideal candidates will be able to handle a varied workload but will work mainly in the areas of conveyancing and probate.

Salary commensurate with experience and expertise. The office is located in Buncrana, County Donegal and is 24km from Derry and 43km from Letterkenny.

The ideal candidates should possess:

• A broad range of conveyancing and probate experience;
• A proven ability to work independently on their own files while also being a team player;
• An ability to manage a busy caseload, to meet deadlines and to prioritise;
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with clients and colleagues in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner;
• Excellent problem solving skills and be self motivated;
• A precise attention to detail, good organisational and IT skills.
